- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour


- 1 teaspoon baking soda


- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened


- 1 1/2 cups white sugar


- 1 cup packed brown sugar

- 2 large eggs


- 2 cups chocolate chips


- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)



Instructions:


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).


2. In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.


3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs until fluffy.


4. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.


5. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.


6. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!




Hot Cocoa with Reindeer design

Ingredients:


- 2 cups milk (or any milk alternative)


- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder


- 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions:


1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.


2. In a separate cup, mix cocoa powder and sugar. Add a splash of the warm milk to create a smooth paste.


3. Stir the cocoa mixture back into the warm milk, adding the vanilla extract.


4. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream, marshmallows, or peppermint sticks for extra festive flair!





Gingerbread Cookies

- 3 cups all-purpose flour


- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 egg


- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract



Instructions:

2. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the molasses, egg, and vanilla.


3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until fully combined.


4. Chill the dough for at least 1 hour.


5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into desired shapes.


6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until firm. Let cool before decorating with icing!



Reindeer Cupcakes

- 1 tub chocolate frosting


- Pretzel twists (for antlers)


- Vanilla Wafers (optional)


- Candy eyes

Instructions:


1. Bake the chocolate cupcakes according to package instructions and let them cool completely.


2. Frost the cupcakes with chocolate frosting.


3. Insert two pretzel twists into the top of each cupcake to create antlers.


4. Add candy eyes; use a touch of frosting on the back to adhere them to the pretzels.


5.Place vanilla wafer underneath the pretzels. Add red candy for the nose to the wafer with a touch of icing on the back to adhere. Your reindeer cupcakes are ready to delight guests!

- 4 cups cranberry juice


- 4 cups pineapple juice


- 4 cups ginger ale


- Fresh cranberries and orange slices for garnish



Instructions:
